Meadowcrest

Meadowcrest, a deed-restricted community, is located off CR 486 in Crystal River.  Meadowcrest has a beautiful landscape with rolling hills, majestic oaks, small ponds, fountains, and a walking path that winds through the community.  There are many amenities offered in this community for those who enjoy indoor and outdoor activities.

Outdoors you can find two swimming pools, one heated during the winter months, with restrooms, outside showers, and plenty of deck space with tables and umbrellas, chairs and lounges, two well-lit tennis areas with two courts in each area, horseshoe pits, a bocce court, a shuffleboard area with benches, a basketball area, two gazebos, a goldfish pond and a kids play area.  A walking trail that winds throughout the park, along a small lake, which has a bridge to and island in the middle of the lake, and past many of the active courts.  For the nature enthusiast, some of the wildlife that can be seen includes fish, turtles, great blue herons, and egrets.  Indoors, at the clubhouse, there is a wide variety of activities, such as, floor exercises, line dancing, creative crafters, card playing groups, and billiards.
